KIERA WELSOME

As a Brooklyn native, I am extremely grateful to have grown up in such close proximity to the theatre district.  I knew I wanted to be on stage (one day as Audrey) after an elementary school trip to a production of “Little Shop of Horrors.”

I earned a degree in Musical Theatre, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and was the single recipient of The Adams-Hill Theatre Award. I have also trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts and am a veteran of “Broadway Bootcamp” with Inside Broadway.

Since graduating, I have performed in national touring musicals, worked at professional regional theatres, and most recently, Off-Broadway.

I have also branched out from the stage to discover my love for screen acting through acting for the camera classes, being on set as a background actor, and pursuing on-screen, commercial and voice acting opportunities.
